UniServity Job ID: This is an internal UniServity Code and therefore may not run in sequence.
Job details: If you click on the icon a hyper link will take you to the ePortfolio Job Details (as shown below), which lists the cLc users that are part of that batch and the status of the request.
No of Users: This will tell you the number of cLc users that are part of that specific job request.
Status: There are various stages of progress that your job can be in:
Pending - waiting for the overnight process to run
In Progress– archiving currently in progress
Completed – the process has run and the ePortfolios have been archived. The activation keys are now available.
Error – this means that an error has occurred during archiving. Please contact UniServity Support on 0845 675 1151 or support@uniservity.com
Expired– There has been a new activation code generated for this cLc user
Deleted – The archive has been deleted. Please carry out the export process again.
Created By: This shows the name and the username of the cLc Manager, User Manager or Pupil Manager that has made the request.
