To see the information relating to the cLc users whose ePortfolio have been imported go to Control Panel>User Manager >ePortfolio Transition> ePortfolio Import History.

As shown below, this screen will show you the details of the ePortfolio’s that have been imported into your cLc.

This includes the retrieval date, the name and cLc username of the person whose ePortfolio is being imported, the cLc/school that they came from and the date that the ePortfolio was exported.

You can search retrieval between a range using the from/to calendar option.  If you select the dates and then update page then you will generate the information for the selected date range.
