cLc User Member Types

The cLc platform has a number of different user access levels.

cLc Managers - This is the top level access with full editing rights

Access to the following Control Panel components:  

Group Admin (all cLc Groups)

School Admin

User Manager

UniServity

Group Owners - Have the ability to View, Edit, and Manage the group that they are an  owner of and all subsequent Sub-Groups.

Access to only the following Control Panel component:

Group Admin (nominated cLc Groups only) this includes the contents, members,

communication, configuration and appearance.

Group Editors - Have the ability to View, Edit, and Manage the content of the group that they are an editor of and all subsequent Sub-Groups.

Access to only the following Control Panel component:

Group Admin (nominated cLc Groups only) Access to the contents

feature only.

User Managers - Have the ability to search, add and edit users

Access to only the following Control Panel component:

User Manager  - access to Search Users, Add Adult  and Add Pupil only

Pupil Managers - Have the ability to search, add and edit pupils

Access to following Control Panel component:

User Manager - access to Search users (pupils only) and Add Pupil

Member - Have access to view the top level school group and any subsequent groups that they are a member of.

Public - A member of the public (they have no login username/password)
