If you have an e-mail address set up you can send an e-mail to UniServity support to ask a question or report a fault.

1. Click on Contact UniServity Support in the UniServity section of the Control Panel
2. Leave the subject as it is-this makes it easy for UniServity support to determine who the e-mail is from.
3. Choose either general enquiry or fault report from the drop down box depending on the nature of the e-mail.
4. Enter the message text into the box.
5. Click the ‘send Email’ button.
6. An onscreen message will appear confirming that your email was sent to UniServity support.
