The 'All Groups' admin page is used to manage existing groups, whilst allowing you to add new sub groups, as well as edit , move and delete existing sub groups. You can also change the visability restrictions or choose the order in which the sub groups are displayed. The page consists of the following items:
Indicates the current visibility restriction of the sub group.
Indicates if any group membership type restrictions have been selected.
Indicates if the Group Editors security restriction has been selected.
Indicates if any profile set restrictions have been selected.
Edit Sub Group - Edit the settings of the selected sub group.
Delete Sub Group - Delete the selected sub group (only 'Not Live' sub groups can be deleted)
Drop down box:
Order - Order sub groups as per user specification (this option only applies to groups that have a subgroup below them)
Move Up - to move the subgroup up
Move Down - to move the subgroup down
Move Top - to move the subgroup to the top of the list
Move Last - to move the subgroup to the bottom of the list
Move to..... - Move the selected sub group association to another group.
Edit Security - Changes the accessibility resrictions of the selected subgroup
Add Sub Group - Add a new sub group below the currently selected group.
Access restrictions - Change the accessibilty restriction for all of the selected sub groups.
Delete Sub Groups - Deletes the selected subgroups (only 'Not Live' sub groups can be deleted)
