Maths at Stanley Road

Welcome to our dedicated maths page.

Maths is a priority for us in school and we have lots of events planned to help raise our standards in this subject.

We hope you found the parent guides useful, on how to help your child at home, as your input in helping your child with maths homework is just as important as what we are trying to achieve in school.

These are some of the events for the next few months; please make a note of them in your diary and watch this page to keep up to date with what’s going on as we will be updating the page regularly.

Autumn term 2012

Tuesday 9^th October

Booster classes for Year 6 children begin. These will run every Tuesday and Wednesday from 12.30 to 1.00pm

Wednesday 14^th November

Parent’s 'Maths Drop in' workshop from 3.30 to 5.30 pm. during parents evening. Come along and find out what we are doing to continue to raise standards in Maths in school.
